To call this implausible hot mess a "waste of acting talent" would be an understatement.
Packed with disposable racism (which Hollywood now celebrates) and a plot so stupid, at one point, SPOILER ALERT, an evil assassin gets rear-ended by the victims he just shot, etc., this failure doesn't deserve the critical praise its received.
A 3 year old could've written a better film based on the source material.
P.S. 91% from critics but 65% from audience shines a spotlight on Rotten Tomatoes rating flaw.
Throughout the film i kept thinking that this would make a great tv series. Then I saw Lynda Le Plante come up in the credits and realised it was 35 years ago.
Viola Davis and Liam Neeson are soooo gooood!
I did not know Viola Davis was so buff!
