The Jerusalem Fund, a 501(c)(3)-registered private non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C., announces a position available as Program Manager. This position serves the Fund's educational program (Palestine Center) and the cultural program (The Gallery) and maintains the Fund's website and online library. S/he reports to the Executive Director. Read more about the organization at www.thejerusalemfund.org.

Educational Program (the Palestine Center)
• Responsible for the production, including copy-editing and design, of Palestine Center publications as well as Jerusalem Fund informational materials such as briefs, transcripts, proceedings, in-depth studies, program booklets and brochures
• Maintains the Fund’s website content working closely with our Content Management System (CMS) provider; must be able to update content independently
• Supervises and maintains the internship program
• Designs event announcements
• Coordinates publicity for events
• Maintains email, phone and fax lists for publicity and outreach
• Responds to information requests

Cultural Program (The Gallery)
• Organizes and executes the annual summer film series
• Helps plan and organize the annual Souk
• Supports Curator in exhibitions along with Program Assistant

Grant Making Program (the Humanitarian Link)
• Supports Grants & Accounting Associate in HL Program efforts where necessary

• Maintains the on-line library system, cataloguing of books, library acquisitions and subscriptions

• B.A. and a minimum of 2 years office experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Strong spoken and written English skills; Arabic language fluency desirable
• Knowledge of HTML and software such as Dreamweaver
• Knowledge of design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Publisher, etc.) and design skills
• Event coordination experience
